R.E.D January - Raise awareness and support for mental health by Running
Mind, the mental health charity is teaming up with R.E.D January to encourage people to Run Every Day throughout January to support their own mental wellbeing, while raising awareness and support for mental health.
How far or fast people run, or walk is completely up to them, but by getting active for 31 consecutive days in January they can not only kick-start their own year, but also make a positive difference to the lives of others.
Anybody interested in taking part in R.E.D January, or choosing to fundraise can register at www.mind.org.uk/redjanuary and can also join the R.E.D January community on Facebook for motivational support, tips and advice.
Every penny raised will go towards funding Mind’s wide-ranging advice and information services that aims to support anyone experiencing a mental health problem
