Endurance Masterclasses with Malcolm Brown
England Athletics is delighted to announce a series of exclusive opportunities to sit and chat with Malcolm Brown about all things endurance. Malcolm has been coach to many international athletes as well as Olympic triathlon medalists Alistair and Jonny Brownlee. Numbers are very limited to allow time for coaches to interact and get the most out off the session with Malcolm. Each session is also followed by one of our Marathon Evening sessions with Nick Anderson and other experts.
Held at Twickenham, Birmingham and Leeds on consecutive Wednesday in January the general topic for each session will be "Can you do more?" but you are encouraged to come armed with your own endurance related questions. Each session will be held from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.
England Athletics’ Endurance Lead and Coach and Athlete Development Manager Spencer Duval said, “Malcolm is one of the most respected endurance coaches this country has and is always able to give great insights as well as down-to-earth practical advice. If coaches are able to attend I recommend they make the most of this opportunity to hear from Malcolm and tap into his expertise.
“Those coaches who are also involved in coaching marathon athletes would also benefit from the following sessions on Marathon Preparation with Nick Anderson.”
