Day one of a workshop on how to develop the movement skills which will enable your athletes to move more quickly and efficiently, generate greater force and reduce the risks of injury. This workshop is for coaches working with athletes who are club level through to aspiring to international level.

England Athletics will be hosting regional coach and athlete development workshops covering discus, shot, javelin, and hammer. These workshops are aimed at coaches who have completed the Athletics Coach qualification of the old level 2 and above.
Coach and athlete jumps workshop covering long jump, triple jump, high Jump and pole vault. The workshop format will be based around theory and practical sessions. These workshops are for event group coaches or (old level 3 and above) and will have theory and practical sessions.
The step from being a leader to becoming a coach can be a challenge. This workshop will give detailed information on the differences between the roles and the steps leaders will take as they take a coaching qualification. The workshop is for people who are currently qualified Run Leaders* who are looking to progress to the Coach in Running Fitness Course.

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. Coaches who have completed the Event Group Sprints and Hurdles online course of this qualification should book on to one of these Integration Days.
