Regional coach and athlete workshop - Jumps (Manchester)

Venue: Gateshead College Academy for Sport, next to Gateshead International Stadium, Neilson Road, Gateshead NE10 0EF

Summary:  The workshop is aimed at at Coaching Assistant and Athletics Coach level.  The format will be a 1.5 hour theory based session on physical preparation and planning and a 1.5 hour practical session, the practical session will have an event specialist (triple / long / high) to help solve common faults faced when coaching your athletes and give you tools to solve them.

Each coach that books onto the workshop can bring one athlete; this will be limited to the first 10 coaches on a first come first serve basis to make sure we can deliver a valuable learning experience to all the coaches. We will contact the first 10 coaches per event group to confirm they can bring an athlete.

Deliverer: The session will be delivered by our England Athletics Regional Coach Leads with support from national level coaches in the regions.
