Ready, Set, Go… Get in on the action at Bedford!
What a weekend the England Athletics U23 and U20 Track and Field Champs is set to be. With a host of top talent taking part and eyes fixed firmly on Sweden this summer, competition is set to be fierce both on the track and field.
With over 1000 athletes entered, 74 gold medals to be won and selection for the Age Group European Championships for the taking, anticipation and adrenaline couldn’t be higher, and you can catch the action LIVE down at the track or across the BBC Sport website, mobile app, Connected TV and iPlayer, who will be streaming proceedings between 14:15-17:45 on Saturday and 12:50-17:15 on Sunday as competition hots up.

Tickets can be purchased on the door on the day: adults one day £5 / weekend £8, concessions one day £3 / weekend £5. When these athletes are competing in Tokyo or beyond, you can say you have watched them on their way up to the top, how cool is that! An awesome family day out.
If you can’t make it to Bedford, there will be live streaming coverage across the BBC Sport website. A first for this event, which is fantastic and goes to show how focus is getting set on up and coming athletes!
