England Athletics have selected a team of eight athletes to compete at the 2022 Granollers Half Marathon on 6 February.

- Matt Crehan (St Helen’s Sutton, Ben Bruce and Rory Linkletter)
The team will be supported by Allison Benton (Team Leader) and Joanne Wilkinson (Team Coach).
Lucy Reid finished 2nd at the 2020 Granollers Half Marathon and has a PB of 72:49 at the Big Half in 2020. Lucy finished 2021 in fine form with a 26:26 at Friday Under the Lights 5 mile and going on to win the Kent XC Championships earlier this month. Naomi Mitchell ran a fantastic 2:33:23 in very difficult conditions at the Elite London Marathon in 2020. Naomi is another athlete in excellent form setting set a 10km PB of 33:14 at Stubbington Green 10k this month. Sophie Wood ran for England at the 2021 Antrim Coast Half Marathon and finished 2nd at the Malaga Half in December running 74:57. A 10km PB of 33:34 in November rounded off an excellent year. Chloe Richardson ran 2:37:08 in the 2021 Virgin London Marathon to finish 2nd off the Championship and won the Bristol Half Marathon in September.
Ross Millington competed at the 2016 Rio Olympics Games for Great Britain in the 5000m and 10000m. He has also competed at three European Cross-Country Championships and a World Cross Country Championships. He has a half marathon PB of 62:33 and a 10000m PB of 27:55 and finished 2021 in good form running 48:37 to win Derby 10. Norman Shreeve has had an excellent year and will make his England debut after running 2:16:17 at the Valencia Marathon in December and setting his half marathon PB of 64:34 in Valencia in October. Doug Musson finished 6th at the 2019 Granollers Half Marathon setting his PB which he has recently improved to 64:36 at the Big Half in August. Matt Crehan won the 2021 Manchester Marathon in 2:18:26 with a fine solo run and has a half marathon best of 65:28.
