Open Observation Sessions with Wilf Paish
Coaches are welcome to come along to observe Wilf's Wednesday and Friday coaching sessions at Becketts Park Campus, Leeds Met. University.
Mondays 7pm - Hill Session at a local hill.
Wednesdays 5-7pm, Gym 1, Carnegie - Core Strength using modified gymnastic apparatus.
Fridays 7-9pm, Carnegie Research Institute (C.R.I.), Carnegie - Power Session
