Administration of Teacher Education courses has recently been passed over from UK Athletics to the England Regions. Changes have been made to the athletics CPD courses available for teachers and to the Elevating Athletics resource, which is being distributed free of charge to every state school in the country.
Elevating Athletics Resources
All state schools should now have received the Elevating Athletics resource, comprising of written materials and a supporting DVD.
The Youth Sport Trust are supporting the effective delivery of the new resource to schools by distributing these via Partnership Development Managers (PDMs). Each PDM will have received the correct number of primary and secondary resources for all of the respective schools in their partnership. If you have a question regarding the whereabouts of your schools resource you may wish to contact your PDM in the first instance.
To support the delivery of the new resource, two new CPD courses are available.
