England Athletics West Midlands will host their second Regional Awards Evening, sponsored by Hiedseck & Co Monopole Champagne, at Villa Park Stadium on Friday 19th September 2008.
You will find a list of the award categories and a nomination form below, which needs to be completed and submitted (preferably by e-mail) on or before August 8th to Zena Weeks.
