Calling all Senior Sprinters (U20 and above)...
England Athletics East Midlands and West Midlands Regions, working in partnership with the Midland Counties AA and supported by UK Athletics, are pleased to announce an exciting new competition concept.
We will be supporting a series of 6 Open 100m, 200m and 400m races with electronic timing for Senior men and women (including U20s) linked to Grand Prix-style Finals at the new outdoor Birmingham Games organised by Midland Counties AA on 20 July 2008.
The attachment below gives information on the Summer Sprints Series, including the dates of the 6 Open qualifying races and conditions that the athletes must meet to be in contention for the final.Please also note that information on entry details and fees can be found on the respective meeting promoters websites.
