It is essential, and a condition of all Athletics Network award agreements, that reporting is provided on a quarterly basis. England Athletics have provided this simple online reporting tool to help and advise you on the completion of the reporting process.

Please answer all honestly and as accurately as possible. It is understood that some of the answers to questions or reporting indicators will be based on estimates if you require any support regarding any elements of Network delivery or reporting please contact your local Club and Coach Support Officer.

Once again England Athletics would like to thank all Networks, member clubs, volunteers and Network staff for their hard work and their vision in taking our sport forwards through to 2012 and beyond.
