South West Coaching Conference 2008

Steve Backley and Fuzz Ahmed were two of the key speakers delivering workshops to 76 coaches from across the South West at the region’s first coaching conference, held at the University of Bath last weekend.
A day of strength & conditioning, mentoring, applied biomechanics, marathon training, PAC training and fundamental movement skills were delivered in workshops throughout the day.
The Coaching Forum after lunch allowed coaches to split into event groups facilitated by the newly appointed Regional Event Coaches. Much discussion took place about coaching networks developing across the region.

These are injury prevention workshops with a biomechanical focus at a cost of £111.63 per workshop. Please note Mobilis Performance are dealing with course bookings not the regional office for this course.
