The Power of 10 - South West and National Rankings and Raising Standards
This site has results and rankings for athletes accross the country. There is also a south west section with athletes performances.
As well as seeing the perfromaces, targets have also been set to help support identifying talent. For the greatest chance of success in 2012 and beyond we need to strengthen athletics in every event, age group and region. Its the biggest challenge we've ever faced, but potentially the most rewarding. Are you ready to play your part?
Athlete Bursaries 2007
The following athletes have all achieved the national Power of 10 Standard. We have decided to continue the scheme we started last year to support these athletes (in the Under 17, Under20 and Senior age groups) with small bursaries to support them with physio treatment, kit or equipment. Letters have been distributed and we are also looking to support their coaches so please contact the office if your details are missing.
Please see the Power of 10 Website for rankings and more detailed information. As a region we are looking at how we can raise standardsa and support more athletes to perform over both the regional and national Power of 10 standards.
