All reports on L3 officials and above in the South East Region should be sent to Wendy Haxell. This applies to all disciplines.

Logbooks Level 2
Logbook assessments for Level 2 should be sent to course tutors.

There are four stages to booking on a course and all the forms you need are listed below.
1 Notify the organiser to register your interest.
2 Apply for a CRB check if you have not previously undertaken one in Athletics.
3 Apply for a licence if you do not already have one (for officiating or for coaching). You will ned a pasport photo for this.
4 Complete the course booking form and chequ for £10.00 made payable to England Athletics Ltd.
Level 1 Courses can be arranged locally by contacting your County Officials Secretary or the Regional Office at Horsham.
Level 2 Courses are set up regionally and are open to anyone in the region to attend.
