Our conference programme kicks off with a South East Endurance Conference at St Mary's College on Sunday 21st Sepetember for Endurance coaches in the Region, coordinated by Neville Taylor, our Regional Event Coordinator.
There are plans for a specific Road Running Conference this Autumn and details will be announced shortly.
This year we are working in partnership with the East and London Regions on a major conference taking place on Saturday 6th December. "Raising the Bar" will cover the Fundamentals of Athletics, Optimising Technique and Event Specific Training. The Conference will take place at Lee Valley Indoor Athletics Centre.
A series of workshops for coaches is also being planned by Scott Grace, our Regional Performance and Development Coordinator.
