                                Selection date and considerations

Athletes who wish their names and relevant performances to go forward for consideration for team selection should forward details to Norman Wilson 61,Darell Close,Quedgeley,Gloucester.GL2 4YR  by Monday 10^th March 2008.

Only performances from 50kms or further will be taken into consideration.

The first selection date will be on Monday 10^th March 2008, based on performances at the following venues below.

1. Epney Gloucester 50km – 27^th January 2008

2. Draycote 35  - 18^th February 2008

3. Barry 40 Track Race – 9^th March 2008

Qualifying Period

Team selection will be based on all performances from 50km and beyond from 1^st January 2007.It will be necessary for current fitness to be evident prior to selection and to be injury free. The period to prove current fitness is from 1^st January 2008.The final selection date will be on Monday 7^th April 2008.
