21.Jul.10  Throws coaching workshop A Throws Coaching Workshop is to be held free of charge at the Julie Rose Stadium, Ashford, Kent  TN24 9QP on 28th July 2010.  This is an opportunity for coaches of young athletes to improve their throws coaching knowledge.

19.Jul.10  Reading Roadrunners celebrate Marathon victories Reading Roadrunners Ladies' team celebrated their England Athletics Marathon Championships victory at Palmer Park Stadium in Reading.  It is the second time in recent years that a ladies' team from Reading Roadrunners has been victorious at the England Athletics Marathon which is held in conjunction with the Virgin London Marathon.
