30.Jan.10  Applications for SW team London Mini Marathon now open Athletes who are considering applying to join the SW team for the Virgin London Mini Marathon this year are reminded that we will be taking applications for consideration and will be making selections after the SW Schools Cross Country.

19.Jan.10  Steeplechase coaching masterclass A Steeplechase coaching masterclass day for both Coaches and Interested Athletes sponsored by the Avon Athletics Network & England Athletics will be held at the University of Bathon 31st January 2010.  The day will be led by David Saker at the University of Bath.  Free entry.

15.Jan.10  Closing date for SW indoor championships entries The closing date for entries for the SW indoor championships (incorporated with the Midlands Counties indoor championships) is 18th January.
