22.Apr.09  England Athletics (Midlands & South West) - Midland Counties AA – Summer Sprint Series After the success of the 2008 Summer Sprint Series held with MCAA and the East Midlands and West Midlands Regions, it is the intention to run the series again this year with the involvement of the South West Region.  The Sprint Series consists of 100m, 200m and 400m races for senior men and women.
