21.May.09  Armada McCain Athletics Network hits top gear Clubs in the Plymouth area have been given a boost after being chosen as one of the first 10 McCain Athletics Networks in England.

30.Apr.09  SW team perform well at London Mini Marathon Regional teams from all over the country went to London to take part in the London Mini Marathon along side the main marathon event. It was an amazing event and all the athletes performed well over the 3 mile course.

27.Apr.09  South West Regions celebrate Hall of Fame Award Winners The Hall of Fame is to honour those people who have made an outstanding contribution to the sport of athletics.  The South West recently held their regional awards ceremony to honour a number of athletes, coaches, officials, clubs and volunteers.
