- COACH VISITS
Network Criteria: Coaching, Club Structures, Club Sharing, Sustain, Excel
A localised version of the England Athletics coach development programme and Flying Coach visits aimed at level 1 coaches. It is hoped that this activity will link into England Athletics Flying Coach visits for more experienced coaches.
- ADMIN SUPPORT
Network Criteria: Underpinning all network criteria
To provide essential financial and administrative support to the network ensuring that:
– The plan is appropriately shared with the network.
– All minutes are correctly recorded and minuted.
– Correspondence is professionally issued and responded to.
– Receipts and payments are correctly authorised and made/ received and appropriately recorded.
- SPORTS SCIENCE UNIVERSITY
Network Criteria: Coaching, Club Sharing, Sustain, Excel
The University of Bedfordshire is a Key Network partner with key campus sites in Bedford and Luton where two of the major network clubs reside. They have a Sports Science facility that the Network would like to utilise.
- CLUB INDUCTION
Network Criteria: Club Structures, Club Sharing, Grow
The production of a standardised core induction process and welcome pack for new members of clubs within the Network.
