Logbooks / Duty Sheets

The UKA Endurance Officials Logbook includes the Annual Record of Experiences as well as other documents e.g DBS application forms.  Your records for endurance officiating should be completed up to the end of August 2011.

They should be returned to the administrative offices responsible for officials in your home country. For England this is the Officials' Education Co-ordinator (for Levels 2a and 2b).

For Level 2c and Level 3, you should them to your Endurance Tri-Regional Secretary.  These contacts can be found in the Endurance Contacts page.  Retain a copy of your experiences for your records, and send one to your Endurance COfSec if you wish.
