Aims	To support the islands Athletics Development Officer, to promote Athletics to all on the island To develop the infrastructure of the Clubs on the Island and to strengthen links between them to established a better sharing of information between them and key partners To increase the number of coaches and officials on the Island and supporting them with their coaching development in the sport
Key Projects	The set up of an island Coach mentoring scheme - this will include the delivery of a number of local coach focused workshops for coaches on the island, tailored around their needs and the needs on the island. Adopt Run in England and establish a series of running groups on the Island – this will include hosting a LIRF course and continued development for the leaders and greater opportunity for people to take part in running on a local level. To provide more opportunity for young people to take part in athletics through the rill out of Sportshall and Quadkids in the Isle Of Man.
