Welcome to the Northern Athletics Officials’ Association web page

The Northern Athletics Officials’ Association is about help, friendship and trying to improve life for officials of all levels and disciplines. Membership of the Association is open to any athletics official supporting athletics in the North of England.

The aims of the Association are to:

• Act at all times in the best interests of the members.
• Encourage a high standard of officiating.
• Raise the status of officials.
• Represent the views of members on issues affecting officials.
• Improve the standards of facilities provided for officials.
• Disseminate information and produce a newsletter.
• Assist in the training of officials.

To join:
Annual subscription is from £10.  For their subscription members of the Association get the newsletter “No News” and can attend the Annual Conference which is held at Cleckheaton in October. Through the newsletter and the conference we endeavour to educate and entertain our members by sharing experiences of athletics and officiating.  Members will also get issued with the latest UKA Rule Book.  Click here to find out more about joining the Association.  Click here to read about the 2012 conference.
