Updating your club information

This can be done by visiting www.englandathletics.org/editmyclub

Athletics clubs in England

You can view a document showing the athletics clubs there are in England, whether they have a paid up affiliation and the number of paid up competition licence holding members they have. Athletes changing clubs

Forms and information on the processes for an athlete moving clubs are available for download on the right hand side of this page. The form to be filled out is 'Change of first claim club' instructions on information on the process are given in 'Athletes guide to change of club'. Our Athletes section contains the Eligibility Decisions for each month.

Affiliation Year End 2009/10-2010/11 Processes

With the end of the affiliation year the process moving into the new year is as per below:

• 31 March - All registered members on the athlete portal will be switched to 'pending' to enable clubs to go through the payment process for the new affiliation year.
• Members which have remained first claim competing members with a status of pending throughout 2008/09 will be deleted from the database. The club will not be able to access these member's details. Athletics Services will be able to view the deleted members so if members need re instating contact Athletics Services.
• 1 April - The new affiliation year begins. Members can now be ticked for payment on the database
• 24 April - First export of member details to the printers for cards to be issued. Subject to number of members registered by clubs between 1 April - 23 April.
