County Athletics Performance and
Development Co-ordinator
Salary Scale 5 points 22 to 25 £18,907 - £20,736 (pay award
pending) final salary pension scheme. This is a fixed term post until Jan 2010
The Greater Manchester Sports Partnership and England Athletics North West have a role to support and enhance the development of athletics across the county. Working with a wide range of partners, this role will help to create an improved network of athletics clubs, links to schools and a highly skilled workforce to drive increased participation and improved performance for athletics across Greater Manchester.

Community Athletics Coach
Stockport Sport Development, in partnership with Sport England, England Athletics and the local School Sports Partnerships, are looking to appoint a Community Athletics Coach. This exciting newly created post will join a large and experienced team of sport coaches in Stockport. The successful applicant will develop and deliver structured activities in a variety of settings including schools and community areas.
The successful candidate will have a level 2 Athletics coaching qualification. They will be supported to continue through other formal coaching qualifications and be supported to maximise their potential.
This post is a fixed term contract of 2 years.
