Bob Lynch - Elected Council Member (Endurance)

My main strengths come from working for my local club for over 20yrs. I currently have a variety of roles as coach, official, development and welfare officer. I am a no nonsense individual, who will listen, seek support, plan, and then make sure things are done well. My role on the council is primarily one of a facilitator, and I have undertaken, along with others, to improve the performance of endurance athletes, across a broad spectrum of events and age groups. So please get in touch, if you want to enlist my help, together with the full time regional personnel, on any aspect of endurance training, education, or competition.
