The North East Region incorporates only one county association, the North Eastern Counties AA. 63 clubs (& 5 other organisations/ leagues) are affiliated to the NECAA. The NECAA meets every month

Northumberland S.A.A. (inc. Berwick, Alnwick, Blyth Valley, Wansbeck, Castle Morpeth, Tynedale, City of Newcastle & North Tyneside)
Durham C.S.A.A. (includes Gateshead, South Tyneside, City of Sunderland, Chester le Street, Derwentside, Wear Valley, Easington, Sedgefield, Darlington and Teesdale)
Cleveland S.A.A. (inc. Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Stockton, and Redcar & Cleveland)
