CEO Blog: Marking World Mental Health Day

That we are all on that journey, feeling sometimes that sadly we are doing our best just to get through the day. Hopefully within our sport we can signpost more people to our wonderful Mental Health Champions and run leaders who offer their expertise and humanity to help individuals, families and communities across England through the #RunAndTalk initiative.
