CHAIRMANS WELCOME
Recently we have seen more optimism and a greater degree of certainty in the future of our sport.
As we move forward towards 2012 it is clear that success will depend on charismatic leadership and cooperation and partnership of all the key elements of the sport, be it governing bodies, competition providers, athletes, coaches and officials.
The targets and goals are very clear and I hope that everyone in our sport is prepared to pull together for this common good.
Focusing
We at the AAA are determined to play our part. We fully understand the role that we can now play in our sport and have made a number of changes, which we believe will stimulate our roles and responsibilities.
This includes reducing our costs significantly, changing our regulations and focusing our attention on those major areas in which we can contribute.
In particular we intend to support competition providers, stimulate and encourage interest in the sport and be a focal point for the invaluable volunteers.
