    The North West region will run a sprint relays workshop on Sunday 21st April  from 1-4pm at Sportcity, Manchester.  Graham Pilkington, National Coach Development Programme Mentee will lead the session.

    Liverpool Harriers were presented with their England Athletics Club Accreditation certificate by CCSO Claire Buckle at a recent Merseyside Athletics Network Meeting

    Dr David Hemery CBE (Olympic Gold Medallist and former 400m Hurdles World Record Holder) spent the evening at Longford Park Stadium on 12th March facilitating the M60 Athletics Network Mentoring/ Coaching Workshop.

    Following the legacy of the Paralympics, an IPC Permit meeting in Wigan will be one of the first to be a fully inclusive event.  However, more Technical Officials are desperately needed!  So if you are a licensed official and you'd like to either improve your skills at a disability event or perhaps experience it for the first time, why not come along and enjoy some northern hospitality?

    Saturday saw the ninth annual occurance of Vault Manchester, attracting athletes aged between nine and sixty. And it was a year to celebrate - the largest number of entries ever, the largest crowds ever, and a new Vault Manchester record for Holly Bleasdale.
