30.Sep.11 New Sunday morning training session at Finsbury Park athletics track

New Sunday morning training sessions and newh Quad Kids at Finsbury Park athletics track. The training sessions for ages 6 years - 11 years are active now. Quad Kids will start from Sunday 13th November.

There were two coaches from Woodford Green with Essex Ladies Athletics Club that recently benefitted from a High Jump Flying Coach Visit. The club identified that they needed a coach to help their juniors learn the basics of this event.

The Lea Valley McCain Athletics Network are holding a series of training days for all one-lap hurdlers under the guidance of Lloyd Cowan, Brian Hopkins and various guest coaches. Athletes of all standards and from any region are welcome to attend.
05.Sep.11 London retain the Sainsbury’s UK School Games title

Team London retained they title of Sainsbury UK Schools Games champions in Sheffield on Sunday. The championships started on the 1st September and ran until the 4th. Having been over night leaders from day one with 7 gold, 8 silver and 6 bronze medals, however they quest to retain the team title was being carefully tracked by Team Bristol
