23.Jul.10 Bromley enjoys inaugural QuadKids event
On 14th July, Kelsey Park Sports College in Beckenham hosted the inaugural QuadKids event for Year 3 and 4 pupils. 120 pupils from 15 local primary schools were given the opportunity to participate in 4 individual events: 50m Sprint, 400m Run, Mini Vortex Howler Throw and Standing Long Jump plus a relay involving all the children.

14.Jul.10 QuadKids Vortex record smashed by Dean Macey
Wednesday 7th July saw the annual Richmond Borough QuadKids event -and the 300 primary school competitors were not alone in having to quell their pre competition nerves, as QuadKids Ambassador and two time Olympian Dean Macey decided to come out of track and field retirement to test if the ‘Dean Machine’ was still in working order.

The London team took top honours last night at the Super8 event held at Scotstoun stadium in Glasgow, over 50 points clear of home team Glasgow.

09.Jun.10 Debut of QuadKids in North London
On a bright sunny evening at Parliament Hill track a large group of primary school age children from Highgate Harriers and London Heathside tried out the new sprint, throw, run and jump programme provided by Quadkids. The event was supported by members of the North London McCain Athletics Network.
