20.May.10 Woodford Green AC with Essex Ladies achieve Clubmark status
Woodford Green AC with Essex Ladies, part of the McCain Lea Valley Athletics Network, is the latest Essex club to be awarded Clubmark accreditation. Well known for producing athletes such as Sally Gunnell, Sarah Claxton, Jeanette Kwakye and Daniel Awde they have also demonstrated that they are a progressive, safe and effective club for junior athletes.

Benfleet Running Club, part of the Essex McCain Athletics Network are the latest Essex club to be awarded Clubmark accreditation and demonstrate that they are a progressive, safe and effective club for junior athletes.

14.May.10 Consultations now complete in the South
All the England Athletics "Beyond 2012" consultations are now complete in the South. The consultations have been held to enable networks to share their experiences and learn from each other and ensure England Athletics hear your views about the future direction of Athletics beyond 2012.

13.May.10 West Norfolk gain Clubmark
West Norfolk AC’s recently achieved their Clubmark Accreditation. West Norfolk are now the second club in Norfolk to achieve Clubmark Accreditation; however, with the emerging Athletics Network the culture of sharing between clubs is improving and many are now following their lead and working towards the award.

10.May.10 Another Hertfordshire Club receives Clubmark
Dacorum and Tring AC, part of the McCain Hertfordshire County Athletics Network are the latest Hertfordshire club to be awarded Clubmark accreditation. Neil Deans, England Athletics Club and Coach Support Officer for Hertfordshire was on hand to present the certificate to the key club volunteers at a recent club training night at the Jarman Park track.
