22.Nov.10 East of England runbritain Roadshow set for 7 December

Following recent visits to North and South Wales and three evenings in the North of England, the next runbritain roadshow will be in the East of England at Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club (IP33 2BL) from 7 to 9pm on Tuesday 7th December.
18.Nov.10 Mini Marathon selections for the East region

Each London Borough, Region and Home Country has a Team Manager who is responsible for selecting a team to take part in the Virgin Mini London Marathon. The East Region Team Manager for 2011 is Chris Harbord.
10.Nov.10 Question and Answer evening with Helen Decker

Coaches from across Norfolk and Suffolk recently gathered in Ipswich for a Question and Answer evening with Helen Decker and her coach, Clive Sparkes. The evening was presented by Area Coach Mentor, Steve Benson with special guest and England Athletics National Coach Mentor, Bud Baldaro also present.
