Every endurance athlete needs to be strong, flexible, mobile and dynamic to be able to compete. Structured training in addition to running is needed to improve in these areas of fitness. A workshop – presented by Tony Sephton - will help coaches to choose the right exercises to do with their athletes.

Godalming’s Crown Court is set to become a hub of sporting activity when Charterhouse Club launches a Legacy Challenge, inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Games, on Saturday 22 September 2012. The Club’s long-term initiative, backed by Godalming Town Council, will enable people of all ages and abilities to take up the Challenge to be more active.
