04.Mar.10 Leading coach Geoff Williams presents at Endurance Coaching event

A very informative and detailed Endurance Coaching event was held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre on 3rd March as part of the England Athletics Coach Development Programme.  Hosted and organized by Area Coach Mentor David Chalfen, the session was presented by Geoff Williams, the leading coach behind much of Shaftesbury Barnet’s continued success in the various Under 20 age groups.
