South West region are pleased to announce a day of practical coaching workshops covering a choice of both technical and development areas – open to coaches at any level or experience and from any part of the country.
06.Sep.10 South West endurance workshops

Three workshops covering the broad themes of ‘Planning’, ‘Running form and biomechanics’ and ‘Transitioning training from winter to summer’ will be delivered through the winter nationwide. These three workshops will be taking place in the South West.
01.Sep.10 Armada Network run successful athletics academy in Plymouth

The Armada Athletics Network ran its first summer athletics academy in conjunction with the UKA Startrack scheme. Athletes took part in a wide range of events with experienced coaches as well as new coaches who have recently passed their level 2 awards with support from the network.
