20.Mar.12 Jenny Nesbitt Wins EA West Midlands London Mini Marathon Trial Race

Worcester AC’s Jenny Nesbitt will lead the West Midlands challenge at this year’s Virgin London Mini Marathon on Sunday 22 April after convincingly winning the England Athletics West Midlands Women’s Under 17 Trial race at Stourport Cycleway in a time of 16 minutes 48 seconds by more than two and a quarter minutes writes Tom McCook.

A cold start did not put off runners for the training event with Paul Evans recently. Runners soon got warmed up with the grass circuit session Paul set in the beautiful surroundings of Cannock Chase, it also included some entertaining relays at the end!
