The Forest of Dean Ultra Marathon 31.76 mile English Championship trail event included the Commonwealth Trials for England and Wales. The Commonwealth Mountain and Ultra Championship will be held in North Wales between 23rd-25th September 2011.

It was time for the first joint Welsh Athletics and FRA camp of the year, an opportunity to meet new athletes, pick up skills and ideas, and three days of hard work, team building and good fun with the target of developing successful junior mountain runners.
