England won all four team titles at the Home Countries International Cross Country event held in Wales. On a bitterly cold but fortunately snowless day there was a series of competitive races with England, Scotland and Wales all having performances to cheer for. The Schools' International event was run concurrently.

Merseyside's Matt Shirling produced a fine performance to win an exciting senior boys race at the ESAA English Schools' Cross Country Championships on Saturday which saw some great performances across the age groups.

18 coaches from across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire travelled to the Thames Valley Athletics Centre in Eton for last weekend’s LCDP events including 15 LCDP coaches, two NCDP coaches and one young coach who recently attended the National Young Coaches Academy.
