13.Jan.11 Lea Valley Network’s Young Officals shine
In a series of ‘10 out of 10’ competitions in the Lea Valley Network, 19 year old Event Organiser Kathrine Foy engaged 56 volunteers all under the age of 22 to stage the events for over 130 four to nine year olds.
