    11.Jun.13 Job vacancy: Network Coordinator (Avon Athletics Network)

    The need has arisen for a Contractor to deliver support services as a key component of a new contract between the Avon Athletics Network and England Athletics.  The successful bidder will be responsible to the Network Management team for the delivery of the projects agreed in the Network 2013-2014 plan, including affiliated clubs, running groups, schools, coaches’ and officials’ development and growth in participation.

    10.Jun.13 NOTAN's junior athletes get off to a flying start

    Track and field events for NOTAN’s junior athletes got off to a flying start with our first Quad kids event on the 14th April.  Young athletes braved huge winds to battle down the track and into the long jump pit but had great fun in the process!

    09.Jun.13 Relay coaching workshop for Herts athletes

    The Herts County Athletic Network held a Relay Coaching Workshop where successful coach Simon Duberley, ably assisted by NCDP colleague Peter Griffiths, delivered an outside classroom presentation to coaches, teachers and athletes on the theory of running successful sprint relays and coaching the push-pass handover.
