The Endurance Coach Development programme for London continues with a Strength & Conditioning for Endurance Athletes on 20th November at Brunel University HIPAC in Uxbridge.

A road running workshop with two top coaches is to be held ia the Julie Rose stadium in Ashford shortly. The workshop is entitled "Planning to progress to the next level", is free of charge and available to all coaches, running group leaders and interested athletes.
24.Oct.10 “10 out of 10” for Lea Valley Network

More than 130 youngsters between school years four to nine from the Lea Valley Network Clubs recent ly took part in the first of three ‘10 out of 10’ Network competitions. The event also saw over 60 young volunteers from the clubs offering their services for roles ranging from team managers and officials, to announcer and catering.
