Herrington Country Park in Sunderland was the wintry setting for the Saucony English National Cross Country Championships this weekend. Almost 3000 entrants slogged through mud and snow, a third of whom were Senior Men.

On Sunday 27th Jan the Black Country Athletics Network U11 SportsHall Athletics team, drawn from WBAC and DASH on this occasion, travelled to Coventry to compete in the West Midlands Regional finals.
