    Coaches from Highgate Harriers, London Heathside and Shaftsbury Barnet Harriers came together recently to launch Athletics 365 with an introductory awareness session.

    The West London McCain Athletics Network held their first Quadkids meeting recently.  It was a great success, as you can see from the pictures, with many from the school wanting to come back and join in the regular weekly sessions held at Perivale

    LICC & QudKidsThe first round of this year's London Inter Club Challenge is at Parliament Hill this Saturday 23 April. With an average of over 400 athletes attending each meeting over the past couple of years, the LICC is now accepted as the major all event open meeting in the London area.

    Athletes from the Playground to Podium programme enjoyed their first taste of road racing at the Virgin Money Giving Mini London Wheelchair race on Sunday, with barely months of training behind them and using borrowed chairs.

    19.Apr.11 London’s young distance runners shine in the Mini Marathon.

    London’s young distance runners enjoyed perfect conditions in the Virgin Money Giving Mini Marathon held over the final three miles of the London marathon course. Whilst the main marathon race was starting in Greenwich there were some excellent races and the youngsters, each representing one of the 33 London boroughs.

  • 18.Apr.11 Another success for SE mini Marathon team

    The South East team had another successful day at the Virgin London mini-marathon on April 17th, and is looking likely to retain the Overall Regional winning team crown.  Four out of the six teams won the team competition involving many excellent indvidual runs.
