The Armada Athletics Network ran a “Question of Sport” type evening with the subject being the rules of the sport. Unfortunately Sue Barker couldn’t make it so the quizmasters were Keith Reed and Paul Ross who are both National officials.

Martin MacDonald, consultant nutritionist who has worked with elite athletes across a number of sports delivered a 2 hour workshop to a group of coaches on the Local Coach Development Programme and their athletes.

Today marks just 6 months to go until the start of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The ‘Are you ready?’ campaign has been counting down to London 2012 and helping clubs to get ready for the increase exposure the games will bring.
