The Aviva Sportshall Primary and Secondary County Durham Final events, run by the Sportshall Team on behalf of UK Athletics and supported by Eveque, provided some of the children their first ever competitive athletic experience and others a return to this enjoyable team based event.

As a result of gaining their Clubmark, Altrincham & District AC have already attracted 5 new level 1 coaches. They are sharing their knowledge and experience from the process, and are expanding their club development work with the Greater Manchester East McCain Athletics Network.
