England Athletics was greatly saddened to hear of the death of Paul Blissett. Paul was a coach with Leicester Coritanian and worked for England Athletics as an Area Coach Mentor for Endurance.

A good contingent of Assistant Coaches, Leadership in Running Fitness leaders, level 2 Coaches and athletes made the most of a Duchy Athletics Network organised Running Basics workshop delivered by Simon Grove, an experienced Level 3 endurance coach.
