    21.Dec.12 Introduction to seated and ambulant throws workshop

    This introductory workshop will give coaches an understanding of the classifications relevant to ambulant and seated throws and the relevant basic technical model for each.  It will also outline the sport specific rules and give coaches an understanding of the basic design features of throwing frames.
